Me. I am. My grandpa left China as a young man and came to San Francisco, California to start a new life. He worked in an Italian restaurant until he retired, and taught me how to make bread dough and noodles when I was very young. I've taken the things he taught me and added a few splashes of flair to make Catbear Pizza, a Detroit-style personal pizza with some secret Asian-inspired flavors. I hope you enjoy! :3
