What's a Catbear?
"Me. I am."
My grandpa left China as a young man and came to San Francisco to start a new life. He worked in an Italian restaurant until he retired, and taught me how to make bread dough and noodles when I was very young.
I've taken the techniques he taught me and added a few splashes of bold flavor to create Catbear Pizza—Detroit-style personal pizzas with secret Asian-inspired flavors. It's a combination of crunchy cheese edges and super tasty dough that you won't find anywhere else!
